FleetMatics USA guarantees to provide all service, training, upgrades in mapping and software (upon availability) at no additional costs for the term of your agreement. All diagnostics and upgrades will be done remotely. In the event that a vehicle tracking unit is defective, at no fault of the customer, FleetMatics will replace the unit at no charge.
