DiPinto Brothers Group of Companies is a full-service transportation and warehousing organization providing a wide variety of quality services. Warehousing services include export consolidation, packing, and crating, labeling & marking, distribution, cross docking, and more. The Challenge:
Better monitor pick-up and delivery times to ensure exceptional service. They were also looking to improve customer service by providing proof-of-delivery (POD). Reducing fuel costs through decreasing vehicle idling times was another goal.
