Increased Productivity Waukesha-Pearce Industries is a global designer and packager of engine-driven equipment which includes power generation, pumps, blowers, control panels, and switchgear. They offer a complete line of the most durable, productive and technologically advanced earth moving and demolition equipment.

WPI was looking to increase productivity and improve time management in the field. Providing drivers with more direct routes was also important to reduce unnecessary mileage. They also wanted to reduce their fuel costs through minimizing idling times.

WPI, Inc. has seen great savings in fuel costs as excessive idling times have been eliminated. They have seen a tremendous increase and productivity, to the point where half their fleet is able to handle an extra job per day. Customer service has improved as they can now verify the time spent on each job when inquiries arise.
