Since 2002, Regional Ambulance has been providing ambulance transportation, hospital transfers and many more services to the many communities they serve. They also provide extensive EMS training and continuing education along with CPR certification classes.

Regional Ambulance was looking to provide security to their patients and customers. They were looking for a system that would enable them to know where their vehicles were and what they were doing at all times. Reducing fuel costs was also important to them.

Through the use of the FleetMatics system, Regional Ambulance has significantly seen a decrease in their fuel costs. With the Dashboard feature of the system, Regional Ambulance is able to monitor speeding which in turn has increased customer service through improved safety measures. They have also seen a reduction in idling times which has allowed them to save a great amount of money in fuel expenses.
