Increase in Productivity
We are a small company with 14 employees. Recently the owners, sales manager, and myself went out of state for a convention. While at the convention I was able to use my iphone to check routing and productivity while we were away. We found out a salesman, who had been struggling with sales, was still at his house at noon. He was immediately contacted and blown away that we were able to track that without a computer, his excuse was he just stopped for lunch but when we ran the daily driving report we found out he never left his house. The same week I discovered a service tech take a route that was 50 miles out of the way (one direction), he too was shocked when he received a phone call about his driving habits.
