We have employees who follow a specific route...
We found one employee who was not servicing his stores but was using our equipment to clean Hotel Rooms (making money on the side), then falsifying rental documents – We would’ve never known, store personnel doesn’t need to sign paperwork.
Having FleetMatics let us see where he was and where he should have been. If this went on it could cost our company not just money, but the customers that he was neglecting!!
