As a U.S. Customs bonded carrier, they offer air, land, and sea transportation services including drayage service, flat bed services, transloading, and specialized delivery services. The Challenges

DiPinto Brothers wanted to better monitor pick-up and delivery times to ensure exceptional service. They were also looking to improve customer service by providing proof-of-delivery (POD) and reduce fuel costs through decreasing vehicle idling times.
