The Challenge

Denise Ward, Dispatcher at Duplicating Products, needed to know where each technician was and who was closest to the job. She also needed to know whether or not the techs were starting work when they were supposed to be.

When there was some skepticism of one of the employee's whereabouts, Ms. Ward was able to see that the employee was lying about his location since she could see exactly where he was when she was talking to him.
