Gaftek, LLC was established in October 1997 by Amy and Burnham "Burnie" Gaff, Jr. with just one employee. Now, 14 years later, they have grown to over 50 employees with two locations in Maine and New Hampshire. They provide petroleum installation and service for Northern New England including 24-hour emergency service.

The Challenges

Gaftek, LLC needed a more efficient way to dispatch their fleet vehicles and improve efficiencies. With the rising costs of fuel, they wanted to increase routing efficiencies. Customer service was also of utmost importance especially in servicing emergency calls.
