Victor Olson started Olson's Greenhouses in 1916. Still a family owned business, Olson's is a leading wholesale grower, supplier and distributor of high quality flowers and plants. They service garden centers, supermarkets and other commercial vendors throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Some key clients include Shaw’s Supermarkets and Bread & Circus.

The Challenge

Olson’s Greenhouses looked to FleetMatics fleet tracking for help in better managing their drivers’ times while making deliveries to various locations. Inefficient routing and untimely deliveries were becoming a problem. Customer service was also of concern because Olson’s did not have accurate information regarding estimated delivery times.
