Mr. Travers has over 30 years of industry experience selling and marketing high technology products and services. In addition he has diverse experience successfully building high growth companies in the public and private sectors. Mr. Travers joined Fleetmatics in 2006 as CEO and has led the Company to substantial revenue growth and profitability. He has responsibility for the Company’s global operations and strategic direction. Prior to joining Fleetmatics he served as SVP of the Americas of Geac Corporation where he helped grow the company through a series of successful acquisitions in addition to delivering strong organic revenue growth. Prior to Geac, Mr. Travers was CEO and COO of Harbinger corporation a publically traded leading provider of e-commerce software and services. Mr. Travers also had a successful 15 year career with Texas Instruments Inc. where he held senior level positions in sales, marketing and general management.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Lifshatz has over 30 years of experience in financial and general management roles in both public and private technology and services companies. Mr. Lifshatz joined Fleetmatics in December, 2010 and has overall responsibility for the financial management, accounting, legal, treasury, and facilities aspects of the business. Prior to Fleetmatics, Mr. Lifshatz was engaged by several private equity firms to assist in their development and expansions of certain portfolio companies, including several in the SaaS space, and assisted a public software company where he was a member of the Board to navigate its acquisition by another public company. Previously, Mr. Lifshatz served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Lionbridge Technologies, a $450-million publicly held software and services company. He played an active role in the tremendous growth of Lionbridge from its inception, driving its global expansion and M&A activities, together with leading the company’s IPO and secondary offerings. Prior to this, Mr. Lifshatz served as Vice President and CFO for The Dodge Group, an international software company, and as a senior financial officer for Marcam Corporation, a process-ERP software business from startup-phase through its global status as a significant publicly-held software company.

Ms. Ward has over 25 years of executive leadership and operating experience with SMB and enterprise customers, and scaling businesses and product sets that serve them. Ms. Ward is responsible for leading the Company’s global sales and marketing, product strategy and development, customer support, operations, and IT. Before joining the Company in April 2015, Ms. Ward was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU), a global provider of SaaS offerings for small businesses and consumers. Throughout her twelve year career at Intuit, she led multiple business units to deliver growth through business management solutions for SMBs and enterprise clients. Prior to joining Intuit in 2001, Ms. Ward was President of CRM outsourcer Telespectrum Customer Care, held senior small business and consumer marketing positions at Fidelity Investments, and led strategy consulting teams at global consultancy Bain & Company. She earned an MBA at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA at Wellesley College.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL SALES
Mr. Dahdah has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of sales positions, including both web selling and direct enterprise sales, as well as a proven track record in launching and building new international markets and leading high-performing sales teams. Mr. Dahdah joined Fleetmatics in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Prior to Fleetmatics, Mr. Dahdah was a Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Sungard Financial Systems, a leading global software and services provider to insurance and financial institutions, which was acquired by FIS (NYSE: FIS) in November of 2015. Prior to Sungard, Mr. Dahdah was at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP), a global provider of payroll and human capital management technology and services, where he led sales and distribution for over 100 countries outside of the United States. During his 21-year tenure at ADP, he was the leader of the global sales operations team supporting over 7,000 sales associates worldwide and served in various domestic and international positions of increasing responsibility. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University.

r. Diaz has more than 15 years of experience helping technology and financial services companies establish and execute on successful human capital strategies. Mr. Diaz joined Fleetmatics in June 2012, and has responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources globally. Prior to joining Fleetmatics, Mr. Diaz held a dual role with Marsh Inc. (Marsh and McLennan Companies): HR Leader for CS STARS LLC, the global leader in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS); and HR Leader for Marsh’s core brokerage businesses in the Central United States. During this time Mr. Diaz developed and executed on an HR strategy that helped CS STARS achieve 3+ years of continuous profitable growth, while taking successful steps that resulted in substantial improvements in employee engagement and productivity. Before Marsh, Mr. Diaz led HR efforts in the Latin American, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions for Tellabs, a global developer of telecommunication and networking solutions and services. Among his roles while at Tellabs, Mr. Diaz also led HR for the R&D and Operations organizations. Mr. Diaz’s successful track record also includes HR leadership roles at GE Healthcare IT and State Farm Insurance, where he launched his career. Mr. Diaz received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and his MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul University. As a dedicated and active member of his community, Mr. Diaz serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) and as a member of the Human Capital Advisory Council for A Better Chicago. Mr. Diaz was also honored in 2010 by the Hispanic Association for Corporate Responsibility (HACR) as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Ms. Finato has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience with technology companies in both the B2B and B2C markets. Her proven track record includes fluency in advertising, integrated marketing, building and optimizing strategic partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on viable go-to-market strategies, as well as lead generation and new business development. As Chief Marketing Officer at Fleetmatics, she leads corporate branding, marketing and communications activities with emphasis on demand generation to support business growth. Prior to joining Fleetmatics in July of 2013, Ms. Finato held the role of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for InterCall, the world’s largest conference provider, where she managed product portfolio marketing and business expansion in the telecommunications arena. She also served in leadership roles at Motorola Mobile Devices for North American marketing and sales divisions. During her tenure at Motorola, she oversaw the launch of numerous, game-changing devices to the North American market, including the RAZR and the Q. Ms. Finato has also had marketing and product leadership roles at GE Financial Assurance (now GE Money) and SBC (now AT&T). Ms. Finato holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Mr. Mitchell has 20 years’ experience in technology, with over 15 years of experience specifically in the telematics
and software services industry. Ten of those years have been specifically focused in the telematics industry. He has extensive experience in GPS wireless systems and the successful design and delivery of high performance scalable SaaS delivered solutions. Mr. Mitchell has been CTO of Fleetmatics since its inception in 2004. He architected the Fleetmatics SaaS platform and is responsible for technology and product advancement in the Company. He works interactively within the telematics industry, dealing directly with suppliers and the Companies growing customer base. In addition to his significant experience with GPS based wireless technology, he provides the Company with forward-looking research into emerging technologies that the Company will need. Mr. Mitchell was CTO and founding partner of WS2, formed in 1998. In 2000, he designed and launched a platform for Europe’s then largest tracked fleet (a 6,000 vehicle project in the UK). He also implemented the world’s first GPRS tracked fleet in 2001. In 2004, WS2 became Fleetmatics. Prior to WS2/Fleetmatics, Mr. Mitchell worked for Microsoft Corporation in its European headquarters in Dublin, working on the Visual Studio team that developed Visual Basic 6. He also spent time in engineering research at Trinity College Dublin. Mr. Mitchell holds a BAI in Engineering, a BA in Mathematics and an MSc in Mathematical modeling, all from Trinity College Dublin.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and has held positions in a variety of functions including corporate development, sales, and marketing. He has a strong track record of driving growth and creating value at technology companies. As SVP of global business development, Mr. Reynolds is responsible for acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new market development. Prior to Fleetmatics, Mr. Reynolds was the SVP of corporate development at Art Technology Group, Inc. (ATG), a $210M publicly traded provider of eCommerce software applications and services, where he managed all aspects strategic planning, M&A, and channel sales activities. During his tenure at ATG, he executed several acquisitions and managed its growth into emerging markets. In addition, he managed the strategic sales process that culminated in Oracle's acquisition of ATG in 2011 for over $1.0B. Prior to ATG, Mr. Reynolds was the VP of corporate development at Hyperion Solutions, an $800M publicly traded provider of business intelligence software and financial software applications. His responsibilities at Hyperion included strategic planning, M&A and post-merger integration. While at Hyperion he completed numerous acquisitions that contributed to the rapid growth of the business and ultimately doubled revenue. Hyperion was acquired by Oracle in 2007 for $3.3B, and Mr. Reynolds played a key role in the execution of that transaction. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reynolds was a management consultant advising large enterprises across a range of industries on strategic and operational issues. He received his MBA from Cornell University and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
